Luxaro Shipping Policy

At Luxaro, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the details of our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom, including:

  • Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales)
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Delivery

Free on orders of 2 or more items.
A flat fee of £2.99 applies to single-item orders.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch.


Express Delivery

Free on orders of 5 or more items.
A flat fee of £5.99 applies to orders of 4 items or fewer.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times apply to UK mainland. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may take longer to arrive. Delivery charges for these locations may differ and will be calculated at checkout.

Regional Notes

Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

  • No VAT Charged: Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are not subject to UK VAT.
  • Customs & Import Duties: For orders over £270, local customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Highlands/Islands

  • Orders to these areas may take slightly longer than the standard delivery estimates due to courier logistics.
  • All orders remain fully trackable.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking services. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Address: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card or notification for rescheduling or collection instructions.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@luxaro.co.uk so we can assist you.

Free Samples with Orders

Every order includes free perfume sample/s for you to try before opening the main bottle. If you are unsatisfied with the fragrance, you may return the unopened and sealed main bottle in accordance with our return policy.

Additional Information

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • Public holidays, Christmas, and other high seasons may impact processing times and delivery schedules.

  • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions or strikes) may also affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
