Alcohol-based perfumes are classified as flammable “dangerous goods” (e.g., UN1266), which means most carriers restrict cross-border air transport and require specialised handling and packaging. If your perfume arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@luxaro.co.uk and include photos of the parcel and item. This helps us resolve the issue quickly. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Our perfumes typically last 6–10 hours, thanks to concentrations of 18–20% highest quality fragrance oils.
