All orders are fulfilled from our UK facility for fast and reliable delivery across the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland.

We don’t offer international shipping right now. Alcohol-based perfumes are classified as flammable “dangerous goods” (e.g., UN1266), which means most carriers restrict cross-border air transport and require specialised handling and packaging. Until we can guarantee a reliable, fully compliant solution at a fair cost, delivery is limited to UK addresses.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland may take an additional 1 to 2 working days, depending on local courier services.

If your perfume arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@luxaro.co.uk and include photos of the parcel and item. This helps us resolve the issue quickly. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

All Luxaro perfumes are Eau de Parfum (EDP) strength or higher, typically between 18% and 20%, for exceptional longevity and projection.

We use cosmetic-grade alcohol commonly used in fine French perfumery.
