Luxaro 30-Day Return Policy
At Luxaro, we strive to provide you with the best experience and confidence in your purchase. To ensure you are happy with your chosen scent, each order includes a free sample of the perfume for you to try before opening the sealed perfume bottle. Please review our return policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Main Perfume Bottle:
- The 30-day return policy applies exclusively to the sealed main perfume bottle.
o Returns will not be accepted if the seal on the main perfume bottle is broken, unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- Reasons:
- For hygiene and safety purposes, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned to ensure the product’s integrity and protect customers from potential contamination or misuse.
§ Additionally, opened products cannot be returned as there is no way to verify whether the contents have been excessively used or altered, which affects their resaleability.
- Free Sample:
- The free sample is yours to keep and is not required to be returned.
2. Return Process
- Try the Sample First:
o Before opening the main perfume bottle, please use the free sample provided to ensure you are happy with the fragrance.
- Notify Us by Email:
- If you wish to return the main perfume bottle, you must notify us by emailing hello@luxaro.co.uk within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
§ Whether the item is damaged or incorrect (if applicable).
- Return Instructions:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address by email.
- The main perfume bottle must be returned unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
3. Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the main perfume bottle is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Luxaro is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned main perfume bottle and confirming it meets the return criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Postage fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- The main perfume bottle with a broken seal (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Reasons:
- For hygiene and safety purposes, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned to ensure the product’s integrity and to protect all customers from potential contamination or misuse.
§ Opened products cannot be returned as there is no way to verify whether the contents have been excessively used or altered, affecting their resaleability.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior email notification.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notification:
o If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@luxaro.co.uk with photos of the product and packaging.
- Replacement or Refund:
- Luxaro will cover the return postage and provide a replacement of the same perfume (of the same amount or less).
- If the customer wishes to replace the product with a different perfume of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference before the replacement is dispatched.
7. Where is my exchange/refund?
- After shipping your return, please check the tracking information provided by your courier to confirm we have received your parcel.
- If your tracking indicates delivery but your exchange or refund has not been processed within a week of receipt, please email us with a copy of your return tracking receipt for further assistance.
- Important Note: Luxaro is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
8. Sale & Promotional Items

For items purchased as part of a promotion (for example: Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off), all promotional items must be returned together to qualify for a full refund.

If only part of a promotional or discounted order is returned, the promotion will no longer apply and the refund will be recalculated accordingly.

The returned item will be refunded at its discounted price, and any items kept will revert to their original full price.
Example:
If you purchase two items at £29 each with a 10% discount and return one item:
The returned item will be refunded as £26.10, and the item you keep will be charged at the full £29.
Free Shipping & Partial Returns
If your order qualified for free Standard or Express shipping due to reaching a minimum order value or quantity, and you later return part of the order so that the remaining items no longer meet this threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
