Why Luxaro asks you to keep the main bottle sealed
Try the included free 2ml sample before opening your main bottle. Luxaro requires change of mind returns to stay sealed for hygiene and product integrity: once a bottle is opened, we cannot verify whether its contents have been used or altered. We believe a customer paying for a new, full bottle should receive a full, untouched bottle. A statement about one stage does not establish where every other stage happens. The reviewed sources do not fully identify who performs every stage for either brand. Packaging observations from older samples
Samples purchased approximately two years before this October 2026 review had matching ingredient lists across different numbered boxes. The cartons said “Parfum”, while the bottles said “Eau de Parfum”. Cartons referred to a date and batch number on top; no identifiable date or batch code was visible in the photographed top panels. Cartons carried warning text and a flame symbol; no warnings were visible on the photographed bottle surfaces.
These observations concern those older samples, not all current products. Shared ingredient wording does not prove identical formulas, and “Parfum” versus “Eau de Parfum” does not establish a measured concentration. The photographs alone do not establish a safety or legal breach.

Is Luxaro cheaper than The Essence Vault?
In these three one-bottle examples, Luxaro’s calculated delivered cost per 50ml is higher by £2.92, £2.92 and £2.92 respectively. This is an equivalent-volume comparison, not a claim about every fragrance or basket. Recalculate using your selected products, address and current offers. The actual bottles contain 30ml and 50ml respectively. The final comparison uses calculated delivered cost per 50ml; Luxaro’s offer also includes a free 2ml sample.
Are these the same bottle sizes?
No. The selected Essence Vault bottles contain 30ml and Luxaro’s contain 50ml. The Essence Vault also sells 5ml and 100ml options. This page does not claim that the 30ml option is its best price per ml.
Why does Luxaro require a sealed main bottle for returns?

Does concentration establish which perfume is better?
The Essence Vault’s selected product pages state a 20–25% core-range concentration. The three Luxaro product pages state 18%. These are attributed brand claims, not laboratory measurements or comparative wear tests. Percentage alone does not establish scent similarity, quality or longevity.
What does Grasse manufacture mean here?
Luxaro publishes that its perfumes are developed and made in small batches in Grasse, France, with experienced perfumers. It does not establish that Luxaro owns a factory or manufactures every fragrance compound internally.
Are scent notes the same as ingredients?
No. Notes describe scent impressions, while an ingredient list identifies declared substances in the perfume. We did not find ingredient lists on The Essence Vault’s three selected product pages when checked in October 2026.
